Youth Writing Academy
Ignite your writing!
Every summer the Kennesaw Mountain Writing Project, a National Writing Project site located at Kennesaw State University since 1994, hosts the Youth Writing Academy (YWA). The YWA is a series of camps where students from all school levels can practice the craft of writing in a supportive environment. Camp leaders are National Writing Project fellows, well versed in the teaching of writing and its many genres.
All camps are from 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. (early drop off at 8:30 a.m. and late pick up at 1:30 p.m.)
